Our Mission

The mission of the FBI El Paso Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBIEPCAAA) is to foster the special connection between FBI Citizens Academy graduates and the FBI in working for an informed and safer community.  The Association's goals include, but are not limited to: 

  • Continue the relationship between the FBI Citzens Academy Alumni and the FBI;
  • Support the local FBI Division in its community outreach mission;
  • Provide a forum for FBI Citzens Academy Alumni to (re)connect and encourage social interaction and events;
  • Educating the El Paso region on the FBI mission, resources, and limitations; and
  • Community services projects that foster a safer community.

To qualify for membership in the FBI Citizens Academy, you must:

  • Be a recognized business or community leader
  • Live and/or work within the boundary lines of the El Paso FBI field office
  • Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Have no prior felony or serious misdemeanor conviction
  • Have no misdemeanor or felony arrest within six (6) months of nomination
  • Consent to a background investigation sufficient to issue a security clearance
  • Sign a non-disclosure agreement

The FBI El Paso Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBIEPCAAA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3)organization separate and apart from the FBI
